What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process.
• Oversee all aspects of Business Service onboarding projects, including planning, scope, resource, and time management, governance, controlling, and reporting.
• Provide guidance and support, explaining hirify.global’s standard business processes and service features to facilitate customer understanding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, SaaS, Product Development, Professional Services) to streamline onboarding processes and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates to the Business Service leadership team.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and document best practices, enhancing efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• Practical experience in customer onboarding within the Asset Management or Asset Servicing industry.
• Demonstrated experience working with hirify.global Dimension.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, PMI/PMP, Prince 2) are valued.
• Significant knowledge of financial technology and business processes, especially with asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, or Asset servicers.
• English: Fluent required.
