Location: Hybrid in Noida, India, requiring office attendance 2x/week.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process.
- Oversee all aspects of Business Service onboarding projects including initiation, planning, scope, resource, time, governance, controlling, and reporting.
- Provide guidance and support to clients, explaining ’s standard business processes and service features, and managing expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, SaaS, Product Development, and Professional Services to streamline onboarding.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and documentation of best practices.
Requirements
- Practical experience in customer onboarding within the Asset Management or Asset Servicing industry.
- Demonstrated experience working with Dimension.
- Great project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, including PMI/PMP or Prince 2 certification.
- Significant knowledge of financial technology and business processes, especially with asset managers, pension funds, or insurance companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.
- Fluent in English (C1+) with advanced communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on client relationship management.
