What you will do

  • Plan and organize daily activities, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and adhering to operational processes.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, employing active listening, adapting language, and providing expert guidance to identify needs and recommend solutions.
  • Strategically prioritize and segment accounts, optimize product pitches, and diligently follow up to ensure product adoption and success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and adapt quickly to new directives for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, phone support, and/or sales environments.
  • Strong ability to grasp business objectives and translate technical solutions into value propositions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with adaptive communication.
  • Proven capability in managing customer skepticism (Objection Handling) and effective Negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Time Management, strategic Prioritization, Proactivity, and Autonomy.
  • Intermediate English level (written and reading comprehension) is highly desirable.
