What you will do

• Serve as Program Manager for the COO organization, owning the roadmap, structure, and execution of major programs.
• Define and execute the strategy and operating model for the COO SharePoint site as a central hub for communications and resources.
• Work with the COO and senior leaders to shape and lead complex business transformation programs.
• Design and drive strategy and operational plans, identifying gaps, dependencies, and risks, and driving mitigation.
• Set clear program success metrics, build dashboards, and provide executive-ready reporting.
• Lead change management efforts for major initiatives, ensuring stakeholder preparedness and support.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years experience in program/project management, business operations, or management consulting.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering complex program portfolios end-to-end.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence and align senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities; comfort with dashboards and KPIs.
• Deep background in operations with familiarity across multiple business processes.
• Experience with the SaaS business model and modern go-to-market motions.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging AI tools and automation.
• MS/MBA, PMP, or other advanced certifications.
