What you will do
- Serve as Program Manager for the COO organization, owning the roadmap, structure, and execution of major programs.
- Define and execute the strategy and operating model for the COO SharePoint site as a central hub for communications and resources.
- Work with the COO and senior leaders to shape and lead complex business transformation programs.
- Design and drive strategy and operational plans, identifying gaps, dependencies, and risks, and driving mitigation.
- Set clear program success metrics, build dashboards, and provide executive-ready reporting.
- Lead change management efforts for major initiatives, ensuring stakeholder preparedness and support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years experience in program/project management, business operations, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering complex program portfolios end-to-end.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence and align senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities; comfort with dashboards and KPIs.
- Deep background in operations with familiarity across multiple business processes.
- Experience with the SaaS business model and modern go-to-market motions.
