What you will do
- Assist Sales Representatives with administrative tasks and daily operations.
- Support the back-office team in deploying opportunities and leads.
- Follow-up on customer quotations and track sales in Excel.
- Assist customers in partnership with sales representatives.
- Answer written inquiries via email.
- Maintain clean data within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Enrolled in University (virtual or on-site)
- English: C1+ (fluent) required
- A communicative, marketing-oriented attitude.
- Passion for sales and a desire to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and other software/database skills.
- Excellent oral, written, communication, and phone skills.
