What you will do
- Be the first point of contact for small business prospects.
- Introduce hirify.global and spark interest in transforming customer outreach.
- Focus on outbound prospecting across the U.S., including 130 cold calls per day.
- Book and confirm demos for Senior Account Executives, aiming for 3 demos/day.
- Update activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM.

- Targeting rising Juniors and Seniors.
- Strong desire to succeed and build a career in sales.
- Ability to self-motivate and thrive in a fast-paced role.
- Willingness to ask for help and openness to coaching.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
