Salary: $177,800–$330,100 CAD

What you will do

• Lead complex pre-sales engagements, including discovery, architecture design, solution positioning, and technical validation.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into secure, resilient, and scalable architectures.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations articulating business value and cyber risk reduction.
• Design and manage proofs-of-concept (POCs) aligned to customer success criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define architectural strategies for data resilience, ransomware recovery, and hybrid-cloud adoption.
• Create tailored proposals and contribute to enterprise-scale RFP and RFx responses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales systems engineering or solution architecture, with a strong focus on large enterprise environments.
• Strong technical background in data resilience, infrastructure platforms, virtualization, cloud services, networking, and security.
• Working knowledge of data security, privacy, governance, and compliance.
• Foundational understanding of AI, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs), and their relation to trusted data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven public presentation experience.
• Self-motivated and able to operate effectively in fast-moving enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud and SaaS platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and architectures.
• Hands-on experience across enterprise infrastructure domains (virtualization platforms, enterprise storage, IAM, Kubernetes).
• Prior experience with data protection, cyber resilience, or enterprise infrastructure vendors.
