Salary: $99,750–$133,000 CAD (Ontario)

What you will do

• Architect future-state workflows and technical architectures for AI and automation solutions.
• Select platforms, integration patterns, and data architectures aligning with enterprise standards.
• Design solutions leveraging Microsoft’s agentic stack, including Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, and Power Platform.
• Lead technical feasibility assessments and ensure solution alignment with strategic priorities.
• Drive adoption of AI agents and automation by partnering with business stakeholders.
• Champion architecture governance and ensure solutions align with enterprise roadmaps and compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture for AI, automation, or enterprise systems.
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft tech stack, including Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure AI Foundry).
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot (Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio) and Power Platform.
• Familiarity with agentic architectures, large language models (LLMs), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience with cloud-native development, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and deploying AI solutions in Azure.
• Strong coding skills (Python, Java or equivalent) and proficiency with AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI).
