What you will do

• Define and deliver the Global-by-Design platform strategy, enabling an AI-driven ecosystem for international customers.
• Build and lead the Global Platform & Ecosystem team for International, driving cutting-edge technology and innovation.
• Act as the single-threaded product owner for the End-to-End International Product Roadmap, securing resource commitments.
• Define and articulate the international product strategy, roadmap, and capabilities aligned with hirify.global's overall vision.
• Own the AI strategy and product development for International, focusing on transforming the unit economics of international expansion.
• Influence decisions on platform components, data models, and APIs for connecting the GBSG ecosystem internationally.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant product or product strategy experience.
• Prior experience leading global/international platform expansion strategy, building core services and infrastructure for multiple non-native markets.
• Experience building for SMB and mid-market customers with an ecosystem of products and services.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling AI/ML-driven platform products (e.g., recommendation engines, LLM-based agents, predictive compliance models) in a multi-region environment.
• Proven track record of championing trajectory-changing business shifts and driving durable revenue growth.
• Expertise in designing global platform architecture that abstracts complex regional regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., VAT, payroll, GDPR).
