Salary: $239,500 – $359,200 Annually

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy in partnership with executive leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market opportunities.
• Lead, develop, and scale the Program Management Office, managing all program managers and senior Technical Program Managers.
• Oversee the planning, prioritization, and execution of product and technology programs, ensuring on-time, within scope, and on budget delivery.
• Establish best practices for program management, risk mitigation, and reporting, driving operational rigor and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure program alignment and successful go-to-market execution.
• Manage budgets, investments, and resource allocation for all programs, reporting outcomes to the C-suite and Board.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, including significant experience in program management and product strategy for data platforms, analytics, or enterprise technologies.
• Proven track record managing global program management organizations in complex B2B environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of cloud databases, analytics platforms, and AI/ML ecosystems.
• Experience leading senior Technical Program Managers and delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience managing budgets and phased investments.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, change management, and driving measurable business outcomes.
