What you will do

• Partner with business and IT executives to define enterprise-wide Azure cloud strategy and transformation objectives.
• Develop current-state, target-state, and transition architectures across applications, infrastructure, data, and security domains.
• Architect Azure-centric hybrid cloud solutions, designing Azure landing zones and standardizing platform services.
• Lead enterprise Azure migration programs, defining strategies for application and infrastructure modernization.
• Define Azure security architecture, establish governance frameworks, and design target Cloud Operating Models.
• Provide architectural leadership, manage risks, and mentor technical leaders across Azure engagements.
• Act as a trusted Azure enterprise advisor to senior client stakeholders and support pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with 6–8+ years in enterprise or cloud architecture roles.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Azure and hybrid-cloud transformations.
• Strong background in application modernization, cloud migration, and legacy transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into actionable Azure architecture roadmaps.
• Expertise in Azure IaaS & PaaS services, Landing Zones & CAF, AKS, App Services, and Azure Data services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, and FinOps practices.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub), and Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform).
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification.
• Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework or Security certifications.
• ITIL / DevOps / FinOps certifications.
