Focus on guiding customers through FinOps elements (Inform, Optimize, Operate), connecting them to industry frameworks, and driving adoption of public cloud spending optimization.

Location: Canada (Toronto, Oakville, Ottawa, Calgary, New Brunswick, Alberta, Nova Scotia)

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 CAD (Ontario)

What you will do

• Be an active contributor to end-to-end client engagements, driving awareness, understanding capabilities, and advancing future outcomes.
• Develop expertise in FinOps technology platforms such as CloudHealth, Cloudability, and Flexera.
• Facilitate and contribute to service engagements by conducting customer interviews, workshops, and creating customer presentations.
• Guide customers through strategic, technical, and business benefits of instilling FinOps cultural understanding.
• Develop a growth mindset, embracing FinOps and Cloud Economics practices, and contributing feedback for continual improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT Finance or consulting in Cloud Advisory & IT Strategy Services.
• Currently Hold or become certified as a FinOps practitioner within 3 months of starting the role and the FinOps platform.
• Strong consultative experience within IT Finance and Public Cloud Consumption domains.
• Demonstrated experience establishing and delivering advanced workshops and customer engagements across various teams.
• Collecting and interpreting cloud data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Passion for presenting, training, teaching, and mentoring customers to establish, build, and mature their FinOps practice.
