What you will do
- Ensure customer success by designing and launching Amazon Connect solutions.
- Conduct technology assessments and business process reviews to identify customer needs and build project ROIs.
- Lead deep architectural discussions and educate customers on AWS value proposition for cloud deployment.
- Translate customer requirements into best-practice contact center designs leveraging AWS and Salesforce Cloud services.
- Oversee and mentor technical teams, ensuring quality delivery and managing project communications.
- Lead vision and strategy discussions with contact center and customer service leadership.
Requirements
- Customer-facing contact center experience.
- Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.
- Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP.
- Hands-on scripting/coding experience (e.g., python, java, c#, .NET, Node.js).
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, and contact center architecture.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and relevant certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate/Professional, Solution Architect Professional, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy.
- Contact center product knowledge of other platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio).
- Experience with WorkForce Management solutions and outbound dialers/campaign management.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
