Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Shaping the future of global payouts and payments infrastructure by driving the design, strategy, and delivery of next-generation payment and funding products with an accent on expanding global reach and enhancing platform resiliency and compliance. Focus on building new multi-rail capabilities and supporting a diverse set of markets and payout use cases.

Location: Hybrid structure with the requirement of 1-2 days a week at our London Office (Shoreditch High Street)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy and delivery for key payout products, from vision through execution and iteration.
• Design solutions that enable instant, global, and cost-efficient payouts across multiple rails and networks.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Finance to deliver scalable, compliant infrastructure.
• Elevate product excellence and strategic thinking across the team, working with other PMs.
• Use data, experimentation, and deep customer insight to inform decision-making and continuous product optimization.
• Drive initiatives that push hirify.global closer to its vision of a unified global payout platform.

Requirements

• Deep experience in payments, payout infrastructure, or finance-based products ideally within high-growth or scaling environments.
• Successfully led complex, cross-functional product initiatives involving technical, regulatory, and financial considerations.
• Combine strategic thinking with strong execution, knowing when to experiment, when to iterate, and when to scale.
• Be a natural mentor and collaborator, helping elevate those around you while keeping focus on impact.
• Communicate clearly and influence effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Be comfortable with ambiguity, adapt quickly, and bring a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset to everything you do.
