What you will do
- Lead digital servicing improvements, starting with permissions and access for larger business clients.
- Own and prioritize a focused product backlog, breaking work into small, testable pieces.
- Set a clear direction for the team, aligning them to desired outcomes.
- Work closely with business colleagues to ensure changes land smoothly for customers.
- Oversee key checks, approvals, training, testing, and communications for new features.
- Track product performance using data to guide priorities and show value.
- Coach and support the team, helping people grow and improving collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner delivering customer-facing technology change.
- Essential financial services experience, ideally in digital, online, or commercial banking.
- Working knowledge of Kanban and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including with senior leaders.
- Excellent communication skills and a practical problem-solving mindset.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, online banking systems, and permissions/entitlements.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Confidence working with budgets and forecasts to shape realistic plans.

- Deeper expertise in permissions/entitlements design.
