What you will do

• Lead technical consultations to gather deployment and integration requirements.
• Analyze and document design inputs for interconnectivity, OSS systems, LTE elements, and platform dependencies.
• Prepare, maintain, and populate Customer Site & Network Integration Surveys (CSNIS) with technical data like IP schemes, routing, VLANs, and configuration tables.
• Install and configure BMC platform and applications according to approved procedures.
• Validate connectivity with various network elements and perform functional testing for end-to-end readiness.
• Serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all BMC technical issues, performing root-cause analysis and managing defect tickets.
• Provide regular status updates and lead resolution summaries for closure and signoff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in telecom infrastructure (core networks, messaging, or alerting systems).
• Expertise in BMC platform deployment and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of LTE/GSM/UMTS core networks and OSS/SNMP protocols.
• Experience preparing technical documentation such as CSNIS, MoP, and ATP.
• Skilled in network integration, including IP addressing, VLANs, DNS, and NTP.
• Hands-on experience with BMC deployments and public warning systems like FEMA IPAWS and NAAD.
• English: B2 required, as the job posting is in English.
