What you will do
- Lead the delivery of effective and efficient IT services and manage client relationships.

- Maintain and implement endpoint patching strategy for hospital devices.
- Oversee and maintain accurate inventory of all hardware assets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and related cloud services.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience.
- Passion for client service and track record of improving service delivery.
- Ability to set challenging goals and hold the team accountable within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
