- Own key customer relationships, setting strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and consumption goals.
- Execute sales plans with precision, consistently exceeding targets.
- Build C-level trust by acting as a go-to data and AI advisor for senior stakeholders.
- Create new business opportunities, expanding strategic use cases and platform adoption.
- Mobilize the full hirify.global ecosystem to unlock maximum customer value.
- Lead and successfully close complex, multi-year negotiations.
Requirements
- Experience developing strong relationships with large Enterprise accounts and leading complex sales campaigns.
- Proven experience selling Big Data, Data & AI/Analytics, or complex cloud technology solutions into large accounts.
- Demonstrated record of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth Enterprise software companies.
- Experience driving usage and commit-based engagement models, working with professional services and training teams.
- Experience co-selling and scaling business with Cloud Vendors (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Global Solution Integrators.
- Ability to co-develop business cases and gain support from C-level Executives.
- Leverage sales methodologies such as value-based selling, MEDDPIC, and Challenger sales.
- Travel up to 40% to be onsite with customers is required.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
