Focus on C-level stakeholder engagement, strategic account ownership, and exceeding revenue targets in key enterprise accounts.

Location: Munich, Germany, with up to 40% travel required for customer onsite visits

What you will do

  • Own key customer relationships, setting strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and consumption goals.
  • Execute sales plans with precision, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Build C-level trust by acting as a go-to data and AI advisor for senior stakeholders.
  • Create new business opportunities, expanding strategic use cases and platform adoption.
  • Mobilize the full hirify.global ecosystem to unlock maximum customer value.
  • Lead and successfully close complex, multi-year negotiations.

Requirements

  • Experience developing strong relationships with large Enterprise accounts and leading complex sales campaigns.
  • Proven experience selling Big Data, Data & AI/Analytics, or complex cloud technology solutions into large accounts.
  • Demonstrated record of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth Enterprise software companies.
  • Experience driving usage and commit-based engagement models, working with professional services and training teams.
  • Experience co-selling and scaling business with Cloud Vendors (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Global Solution Integrators.
  • Ability to co-develop business cases and gain support from C-level Executives.
  • Leverage sales methodologies such as value-based selling, MEDDPIC, and Challenger sales.
  • Travel up to 40% to be onsite with customers is required.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
