What you will do
- Develop a comprehensive territory and account plan to expand relationships with buyers and influencers.
- Lead and orchestrate the full sales cycle, including pipeline generation, solution design, and deal negotiation.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers to define long‑term product strategies for hirify.global solutions.
- Manage and align multiple concurrent sales motions to ensure a seamless, customer‑centric approach.
- Plan the business, deliver accurate forecasts, and drive partner co-selling within accounts.
- Identify white‑space opportunities and drive net‑new business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience managing international Enterprise accounts.
- Experience selling storage infrastructure solutions for hybrid‑cloud or cloud environments.
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving net‑new business.
- Demonstrated mastery of consultative technical sales in complex environments.
- Strong ability to build and maintain trusted relationships and demonstrate business value.
- Excellent English and German language skills.
Nice to have
- Minimum five years of experience working with Channel, Partner, and Distributor environments.
