TL;DR
Technical Implementation Manager: Manages the onboarding and deployment of the hirify.global platform for new customers, defining platform architecture and driving project management. Focus on facilitating integrations (APIs, SSO) and ensuring successful client adoption of the learning platform.
Location: Remote (Canada), with holidays following the Ontario calendar and RRSP matching. Up to 5% annual travel time for client and team meetings is expected.

What you will do
- Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle from sales turnover to go-live.
- Define hirify.global platform architecture for clients based on learner personas and organizational structure.
- Drive project management and facilitate integrations (APIs, 3rd party apps, SSO).
- Onboard new clients and manage a portfolio of existing clients.
- Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery.
- Contribute to the knowledge base and strengthen services with partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer facing role.
- Previous deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR-related.
- Understanding and experience working with APIs and SSO configuration & troubleshooting.
- Solution-oriented, client-first mindset and ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
- Organized and able to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

- Basic programming scripting skills.
- Data fluency and management capabilities.
- Strong presentation skills, especially to executive sponsors.
