What you will do

• Translate customer business and functional requirements into scalable, best-practice product configurations.
• Act as the primary technical implementer in cross-functional delivery squads, supporting onboarding and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and configuration issues.
• Lead customer-facing technical discussions, providing clear and credible explanations.
• Own quality, testing, and deployment to ensure predictable releases and identify defects before go-live.
• Leverage AI tools for configuration analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting to drive team efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing SaaS or enterprise software in customer-facing technical delivery roles.
• Strong platform configuration skills, specifically with no-code/low-code platforms or JSON-schema-driven systems.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Fluency in English.
• Active use of AI tools in current workflow to improve processes and outcomes.
• Experience mentoring junior technical team members.
