What you will do

• Lead the technical side of customer implementations from setup to go-live.
• Design and execute advanced configurations and custom solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable platform setups.
• Act as the main technical contact for customers during onboarding.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration and integration challenges.
• Mentor Implementation Specialists and improve technical standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience implementing SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
• Advanced configuration, troubleshooting, and solution-design skills.
• Confidence working directly with customers on technical topics.
• Quality-driven mindset with a love for clean, scalable solutions.
• Experience mentoring or guiding less-senior team members.
• Fluent English.
