TL;DR

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Customer Success): Developing trust and ensuring adoption of hirify.global's products and services for strategic accounts with an accent on understanding customer objectives, aligning expectations, and managing a portfolio to identify growth and renewal opportunities. Focus on coordinating complex projects, influencing product roadmaps, and providing proactive and reactive support for a diverse product portfolio from Ubuntu to cloud infrastructure.

Location: This role will be based remotely in the APAC region.

hirify.global is a pioneering tech firm that publishes Ubuntu, an important open-source project and platform for AI, IoT, and cloud technologies.

What you will do

  • Onboard new customers to hirify.global's products (Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, Openstack, Ceph, Kubernetes) and support processes.
  • Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision-makers across industries.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to develop and deliver engagement plans.
  • Manage a customer portfolio in a specific geographic region, identifying growth opportunities and renewal risks.
  • Serve as a customer advocate, influencing hirify.global's product roadmaps, documentation, and processes.
  • Support customers through reactive ticket requests and create digital touch-point campaigns.

Requirements

  • Native Japanese level required with excellent command of English.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience with a strong IT background.
  • Exposure to Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, or IoT projects.
  • Excellent presentation skills to guide conversations about complex software.
  • Experience building and improving internal processes while ensuring timely delivery for customer projects.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and CRMs.
