TL;DR

Customer Success (AI): Partnering with enterprise customers to build and deploy conversational AI agents on the hirify.global Agents Platform, focusing on advising agent design, personas, conversation flows, and tool integrations. Focus on guiding best practices for deployment and scaling, analyzing performance data, and driving expansion outcomes across a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts.

Location: Remote from anywhere in the United States, with required operation in ET, CT, MT, or PT timezones. Preference for candidates to be based in New York City or San Francisco, with the option to work out of offices in these cities.

What you will do

  • Partner directly with enterprise customers to build and deploy conversational AI agents on the hirify.global Agents Platform.
  • Advise on agent design, personas, conversation flows, tool integrations, and voice customization.
  • Guide customers through best practices for deploying and scaling agents across web, mobile, and telephony.
  • Integrate agents with existing data sources and systems.
  • Analyze agent performance data and conversational logs to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Own expansion outcomes, drive cross-sell through deeper agent usage, and partner with internal teams to convert technical success into revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products.
  • Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota.
  • Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents.
  • Familiarity and experience with API Integrations and comfort and knowledge with navigating SDKs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
