What you will do

• Provide 1st and 2nd level user support.
• Set up and maintain hardware.
• Administer Windows Client and Server Systems, including user accounts and issue resolution.
• Perform administrative tasks on Linux servers and manage/monitor virtualization environments.
• Monitor Systems and Manage MDM/Mail Systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT support and system administration.
• Ability to perform onsite hardware support, especially cabling and moving hardware.
• Fluent English at least B2 level required.
• Very service-oriented.
