Location: London office or distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London). Must be based in the UK.
Salary: Up to £72,000 + share options.

What you will do
- Execute customer lifecycle CRM journeys across multiple touch points.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure safe execution.
- Quality check campaigns before launch.
- Develop effective segmentation strategies.
- Deliver campaigns with a test and learn data-driven approach.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in CRM, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful campaigns and automated journeys.
- Experience using a CRM platform for delivery (ideally Braze).
- Fintech or Financial Services experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate hypotheses, and inform strategic decisions (Looker experience is an advantage).
- Demonstrated experience working with product teams across various areas.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to start with 4 weeks’ notice or less.
