TL;DR

Assistant Marketing Manager (CRM): Managing the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle plans for Consumer Banking, with an accent on driving improvements in performance and automation. Location: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Locations: Bristol, Chester, Halifax.

Salary: £39,825 - £44,250

What you will do

  • Manage the delivery of CRM Marketing for Consumer Banking acquisition and onboarding.
  • Effectively manage CRM campaigns across run and change, focusing on performance and automation.
  • Manage ongoing programmes of work across Acquisition and Onboarding, scaling new campaign work.
  • Stay on top of marketing trends, experiment with new routes to market, and use new data and technology.
  • Maintain high standards of execution across all campaign work.
  • Demonstrate collaboration, communication, and focus for pace of change.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering CRM plans that optimize audience, channel, cadence, and content across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Outstanding collaboration with peers and colleagues across teams.
  • Deep and proven experience assisting the delivery of multi-channel CRM campaigns safely and compliant to FCA rules, particularly 121 email.
  • Advocacy for agile ways of working.
  • Experience managing budgets, workflows, and risks, including use of workflow tools like JIRA and Workfront.
