What you will do
- Own the planning, build, and optimisation of lifecycle CRM campaigns focused on churn prevention, reactivation, and win-back.
- Design and deliver sophisticated automated journeys using Braze, behavioural, and transactional data.
- Build cross-channel campaigns across email and push notifications, with exposure to in-app and WhatsApp.
- Develop targeted segmentation and personalised messaging to improve sustained engagement and retention.
- Partner with the Data team to translate insights into clear lifecycle strategies.
- Run structured A/B testing and monitor campaign performance to iterate and improve member lifetime value.
Requirements
- Strong lifecycle CRM experience focused on reactivation, engagement, churn prevention, and win-back.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Braze, including building complex journeys, Liquid, and HTML.
- Proven experience delivering email and push notification campaigns.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing best practices, including behavioural triggers, segmentation, and personalisation.
- Ability to own campaigns end-to-end, from build and QA through to optimisation and reporting.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
- Must be based in the UK, working from offices in Leicestershire or London on a hybrid basis.
