What you will do
- Own the full end-to-end lifecycle strategy, defining user progression from first app open to retained customers.
- Be accountable for funding rate, onboarding drop-off, activation, and retention KPIs, turning insights into clear actions.
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in-app, and other owned channels.
- Lead experimentation by defining tests, hypotheses, and measuring success to inform decisions.
- Build smart segmentation and personalization to target users effectively based on behavior and lifecycle stage.
- Align CRM initiatives with paid acquisition, performance marketing, and brand campaigns for a consistent customer journey.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing / CRM for an app product.
- Proven ownership of activation and retention KPIs in a digital product or platform.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on experience using CRM tools like Leanplum or Braze.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with funnel metrics and behavioral data.
- Experience working closely with Product and Data teams.
- Clear communicator able to translate complex products into simple user value.
Nice to have
- Experience leading a small team.
- Familiarity with investing, saving, or personal finance.
- Hands-on experience with complex onboarding flows or KYC-driven funnels.
- Dutch language skills are a plus.
