CRM Specialist (Igaming): Leading and optimizing push, in-app, and email marketing campaigns across esports brands, HLTV and FUTBIN with an accent on personalized and data-driven communication. Focus on segmentation and analysis of audiences to ensure relevant messaging and on improving targeting, automation, and measurement of key CRM KPIs.
Location: Working from our Nis office, at least three days a week to keep the team spirits high.

What you will do
- Plan, build, and manage push, in-app, and email marketing journeys and campaigns.
- Develop automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
- Segment and analyze audiences to ensure relevant and personalized messaging.
- Continuously test, track, and optimize campaign performance.
- Work with analytics and data teams to improve targeting and automation.
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy with insights and recommendations on CRM performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing multi-channel CRM campaigns.
- Experience with A/B testing, customer journey automation, and audience segmentation.
- Strong understanding of push, in-app, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer or similar).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of esports, gaming, or iGaming industries is a strong plus.
