Location: London or Birmingham, 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

What you will do

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously from brief through to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports to keep all parties informed and aligned.
• Build strong working relationships with internal marketing, product, and commercial teams.
• Write comprehensive creative briefs that inspire great work and provide clear direction.
• Work closely with creative teams to ensure they have everything needed to produce excellent work.
• Anticipate potential project risks and proactively develop solutions.

Requirements

• Experience managing accounts or client relationships within advertising, creative agencies, or marketing teams.
• A strong track record of successfully managing creative projects end to end — from shaping the brief to final execution.
• Confidence working across a range of channels, such as digital, social, print, video, and more.
• The ability to manage budgets, prioritise workloads, and engage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Experience writing clear, inspiring creative briefs and presenting work to different audiences.
• Comfort working in fast paced environments and meeting tight deadlines.
