Project Manager (Data)

Project Manager (Data): Responsible for owning and delivering the roadmap and managing projects for data engineering, business intelligence, and data operations with an accent on analytics reporting capabilities and process improvement. Focus on bringing structure and clarity to unplanned processes, managing requests, and ensuring accurate data pipelines.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK. Includes 20 days per year of global remote work.

What you will do

• Own project management processes in JIRA for Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Data Operations.
• Document new products, data sources, and outputs for the Central Analytics team.
• Communicate development and delivery updates between teams and stakeholders.
• Provide project management, documentation, fact-finding, and request support across data teams.
• Support QA delivery processes for SDK updates, MMP integrations, and campaign/event tracking.
• Act as a bridge between data, user acquisition, and developers to ensure requests are managed.

Requirements

• Experience in Project Management.
• Experience working with Data Engineering teams, clarifying data needs and collaborating on improvements.
• Experience working in or with User Acquisition or performance marketing.
• Experience managing numerous requests from multiple sources.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and meticulous approach to organizing projects, settings, and documentation.
• Sophisticated approach to navigating organizations and relationships.
• Skilled at explaining difficult concepts to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience with JIRA and project management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with MMP partners (AppsFlyer / Adjust).
• Experience in a mobile app / ad tech / gaming company.
