What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects critical to hirify.global’s growth, from exploring new business lines and expansion to assessing M&A opportunities and improving workflows.
• Scope and execute projects end-to-end, defining scope, timelines, success metrics, and execution paths across various teams.
• Build and own data-driven business cases and models to support investment decisions and operational scaling.
• Balance analytical rigor with commercial acumen to identify viable and impactful business solutions.
• Work directly with the senior leadership team on high-priority projects, providing strategic input and operational follow-through.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience in project management, consulting, strategy, business operations, or a high-growth startup.
• Strong analytical foundation and commercial mindset to make sound business judgments.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from idea to delivery.
• A self-starter who thrives on tackling broad challenges, uncovering insights, and driving new initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to influence and work effectively across departments.

Nice to have

• Experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, or startups.
• A project management qualification (e.g., Prince2, PMP, PMQ).
