What you will do

• Define and develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SaaS products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate requirements into technical specifications and manage the product development lifecycle.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and analyse usage data for improvements.
• Define and track key product metrics to assess performance and drive decision-making.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or software environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and cloud-based technologies.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passionate about solving customer problems and delivering exceptional user experiences.
