What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including account setup, product configuration, and initial training.
- Conduct personalized training sessions and webinars to educate clients on hirify.global’ solutions effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process, addressing questions and concerns.
- Create and maintain onboarding documentation, guides, and resources to help clients navigate the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience and provide feedback for product improvements.
Requirements
- Strong background in client onboarding, customer success, or a related role within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems proactively, managing client relationships effectively.
- Professional fluency in Italian and English is required.
