What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including account setup, product configuration, and initial training.
  • Conduct personalized training sessions and webinars to educate clients on hirify.global’ solutions effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Create and maintain onboarding documentation, guides, and resources to help clients navigate the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience and provide feedback for product improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong background in client onboarding, customer success, or a related role within the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems proactively, managing client relationships effectively.
  • Professional fluency in Italian and English is required.
