What you will do

• Conduct Know Your Business (KYB) Verification by collecting and reviewing incorporation documents to ensure business legitimacy.
• Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) Checks by obtaining and verifying identification documents from legal representatives and Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs).
• Streamline the onboarding experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the account opening process for new clients.
• Guide clients through the account opening and company incorporation process.

Requirements

• Experience in customer support.
• Customer-centric with empathy and the ability to adapt speech to customer needs.
• Goal-oriented, striving to achieve daily targets.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using SaaS tools (Intercom, Zendesk, Jira).
• You are bilingual in German, and have a good level of English.
