TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS/Revenue Management): Providing post-sale support and relationship management for SMB clients with an accent on driving renewals and improving customer experience. Focus on hosting training, proactive account health monitoring, and developing expert customer content.

Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain, working in a hybrid format.

What you will do

  • Provide all post-sale customer support throughout the customer lifecycle from implementation to renewal.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all SMB clients' journey with hirify.global.
  • Host training webinars on revenue management best practices and product usage, performing regular check-ins with stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage account relationships to maintain overall customer health and secure annual subscription renewals.
  • Monitor and report on the health and risk of accounts.
  • Create expert customer content such as helpdesk articles, videos, and training quizzes.

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, such as Customer Success Manager or Account Management.
  • Fluent in Spanish, French, and English.
  • Experience communicating difficult, technical concepts with customers professionally.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and customer needs simultaneously, prioritizing independently.
  • Ability to handle working in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience working with software (SaaS exposure).

Hiring process

  • Video conversation with someone on the Recruiting team.
  • Deeper dive video conversation with the Manager of Customer Experience, EMEA.
  • Complete an assignment relevant to the role and meet with additional members of the Customer Experience team.
  • Final interview with a member of the Executive team.
