IT Analyst (ITIL)

TL;DR

IT Analyst (ITIL): Transforming and optimizing existing change management processes with an accent on tailored approaches, stakeholder facilitation, and documentation. Focus on collecting business and technical requirements, translating them into user stories, and maintaining a Confluence-based IT/ITIL process library.

Location: Elastic hybrid from Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warszawa, or Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Salary: 500-800 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Facilitate internal workshops with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Define and recommend tailored approaches to change management processes.
• Collect business and technical requirements, translating them into user stories and actionable tasks.
• Create, maintain, and update project and operational documentation (e.g., a Confluence-based process library for IT/ITIL processes).
• Support the project team with other standard project and delivery-related activities.

Requirements

• Proven proficiency in Change Management.
• Strong experience in requirements analysis and definition.
• Hands-on, operational knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• English: B2 required for daily interaction.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of other ITIL practices, particularly Incident and Problem Management.
• Familiarity with the BMC Helix platform.
