What you will do

• Drive and contribute to systems studies in 5G, particularly in Radio Resource Management and the Radio Physical Layer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams on new features, simulations, and improvements.
• Develop software simulations for performance analysis of 5G features and algorithms.
• Contribute to advances in 5G Standards, Innovation, and IPR.
• Support the deployment of new 5G products and features into customer networks.

Requirements

• Strong background in communications theory and digital signal processing.
• Good knowledge of 5G specifications, especially in L2, Digital Signal Processing, and Radio Resource Management.
• Some experience in creating L2 simulations.
• Analytical mindset, high capacity, result-oriented, and ability to deliver under pressure.
• Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, required due to an English-speaking work environment.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in a similar position in the telecommunication area.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages like C, C++, Java.
• Experience in analysis of simulations.
