Location: Hybrid work in Poland with options for Wrocław, Szczecin, Poznań, Kraków, Warszawa or 100% home office within Poland

What you will do
- Drive and contribute to system studies in 5G focusing on Radio Resource Management and Radio Physical Layer.
- Collaborate on new features, simulations, and improvements with cross-functional development teams.
- Develop software simulations for performance analysis of 5G features and algorithms.
- Contribute to 5G standards, innovation, and intellectual property filings.
- Support deployment of new 5G products and features in customer networks.
Requirements
- Strong background in communications theory and digital signal processing.
- Good knowledge of 5G specifications, especially L2, DSP, and Radio Resource Management.
- Experience creating simulations in L2.
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written) required due to English-speaking environment.
- Must be located in Poland or able to work hybrid/remote within Poland.
Nice to have
- Professional experience in telecommunications system analysis or research.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as C, C++, and Java.
- Experience analyzing simulations.
