What you will do
- Manage and respond to customer support tickets efficiently, including technical troubleshooting and payment issues
- Process orders, validate customer information, and assist with website migrations
- Act as Process SuperUser providing guidance, approving discounts, and managing debt inquiries
- Serve as Product SuperUser for WordPress or Website Builder, handling escalations and providing advanced solutions
- Support and train colleagues and new team members
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Cebu City, Philippines
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Technical skills including DNS, PHP, SSH, FTP, WP-CLI, and MySQL
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
