What you will do
- Provide email and customer support for account activation and onboarding.
- Coordinate with sellers and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
- Follow up on contracts to drive revenue and ensure timely processing.
- Manage quote renewals for software/license renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and customer experience.
Requirements
- College graduate of any course; or High School Diploma (but should have at least 5 years functional experience).
- Must have at least 4 years BPO experience with Onboarding new customers, Renewals, Customer Service, or other related roles.
- Background in supply chain or IT distribution is highly preferred.
- Experienced with MS Excel for reporting and tracking.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Average to Good English communication skills.
