TL;DR

OpenShift Architect (OpenShift): Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions for hyperscaler cloud platforms with an accent on container orchestration, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. Focus on developing robust OpenShift and Kubernetes environments, securing cloud resources, and optimizing infrastructure as code practices.

Location: Hybrid in the UK. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS or Azure.
• Develop and maintain container orchestration platforms using OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Create and automate infrastructure using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure Pipelines.
• Configure Azure-specific services including IAM, networking, and core services.
• Provide expertise in GNU/Linux and RHEL systems administration.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Deep expertise in OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to design and implement infrastructure using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Azure Identity & Access Management and Networking.
• Strong background in GNU/Linux and RHEL systems administration and scripting (Bash, Python).

Nice to have

• GitOps with ArgoCD/OpenShift Pipelines experience.
• Kubernetes Network Policies and Istio Service Mesh experience.
• Relevant AWS/Azure and Red Hat certifications such as RHCE.
