What you will do
- Modernize Salesforce automations and flow architecture by rebuilding legacy logic into scalable Flows and optimizing record-triggered flows.
- Improve lead routing, assignment, and prioritization logic to ensure accurate and timely assignments for Revenue Generation teams.
- Strengthen Salesforce and Sales Engagement integrations, supporting reliable activity capture and troubleshooting sync issues.
- Build scalable page layouts and user experiences by designing dynamic, role-based layouts and implementing structured governance for fields and permissions.
- Develop workflow solutions and process enhancements by building user-facing tools using flows and translating business requirements into Salesforce functionality.
- Partner with Sales Efficiency, RevOps, GTM Operations, and Enablement to align Salesforce architecture with coaching, reporting, and execution needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Deep expertise in Flows (record-triggered, screenflows, orchestrations).
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and SOQL skills.
- Experience supporting Sales Cloud in a high-volume, sales-driven environment.
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach).
- Comfortable optimizing routing, segmentation, and assignment logic.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator, App Builder, or relevant Superbadges.
- Experience with routing systems or assignment engines.
- Background in GTM Systems, Sales Ops, or RevOps.
- Experience designing scalable admin governance models.
