What you will do

• Source and recruit candidates internationally, with a strong focus on commercial/sales roles.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience and managing expectations.
• Understand team needs and build strong relationships with internal customers.
• Manage diaries and interview bookings, ensuring accurate information in the recruitment system (Greenhouse).

Requirements

• Proven track record as an agency recruiter or in-house Talent Acquisition professional.
• Demonstrated experience in Sales recruitment, ideally internationally and within EMEA.
• Experience in recruitment within Financial Services is beneficial.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written, is essential.
• Additional languages, particularly Portuguese or Spanish, are an advantage.
• Highly organised, autonomous, and service-orientated with excellent communication skills.
