What you will do

• Utilise targeted sourcing strategies and tools to ensure consistent talent pipelines.
• Create and maintain relationships across a wide demographic of talent.
• Conduct market mapping and prepare talent insights.
• Ensure data integrity of information uploaded to ATS (Oracle Recruiting Cloud).
• Support the Global TA team on a variety of projects.
• Work closely with Sourcers, Recruiters, the University Relations team, and Hiring Managers.

Requirements

• Fluent English and German
• Experience in sourcing within an agency/RPO/in-house recruitment environment.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and methodologies.
• Confident and articulate phone manner.
• Excellent communication & influencing skills.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
