Location: Hybrid role, with offices in Vilnius and Kaunas, Lithuania. Two days in the office are recommended but not enforced. Opportunity for workation for up to 90 days per year, with 21 days outside the EU.

Salary: € 5,500 - € 7,500 gross per month.

What you will do

• Develop and own the 12-month roadmap for category optimizations and expansion.
• Define the "Minimum Viable Experience" for new verticals, balancing listing speed with search relevance.
• Identify high-impact category problems through marketplace analysis and user research.
• Act as a single point of contact for cross-domain category challenges, defining data standards.
• Define and track success metrics like Entity Performance, Time-to-First-Click, and Attribute Completeness.
• Drive initiatives that require work from engineering squads in other domains.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management within e-commerce, marketplace, or catalog-focused domains.
• Comfortable defining metrics and working with Data Scientists.
• Excellent communication skills to synthesize technical constraints and business needs.
• English: B2 required.

• Experience with metadata design, search relevance, or AI-driven classification systems.
