Salary: 7000 Gross (negotiable based on experience)

What you will do

• Own and evolve product and customer experience strategy for the payments platform as an integral member of the senior leadership team.
• Maintain a rolling product roadmap, ensuring frequent delivery of value-adding increments aligned with cross-company initiatives.
• Establish clear value-based prioritization criteria and bring structure and discipline to product discovery.
• Lead the end-to-end idea lifecycle, ensuring regulatory and risk considerations enable compliant-by-design solutions.
• Lead, develop, and manage the product function comprising Product Managers, Product Designers, and Integration Success Managers.
• Track key product-related metrics, oversee risk identification, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• 2+ years of senior Product leadership roles within fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of payments platforms, APIs, and technical systems.
• Proven ability to prioritize and deliver value, and experience introducing discovery and product discipline.
• Experience leading and developing Product Managers.
• Familiarity with Lithuanian and EU regulatory frameworks relevant to payments and embedded finance.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.

Nice to have

• Experience evolving organizations from feature delivery toward outcome-oriented product models.
• Background in API-first or developer-centric platforms.
• Experience establishing or scaling UI/UX and design practices.
• Exposure to product leadership roles with a clear growth path toward CPO-level responsibility.
