What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s core data platform, including custom objects, permissions, and reporting.
• Define and evolve the foundational data model, collaborating with engineering to design simple, flexible, and durable systems.
• Understand the technical and user-facing implications of permission models, ingestion pipelines, and platform performance.
• Partner with engineering to extend AI-native platform capabilities, evaluating AI's role in augmenting core workflows.
• Champion a culture of technical excellence and thoughtful simplicity, ensuring product foundations scale with customers.
• Anticipate long-term architectural needs, guiding the roadmap for hirify.global’s next-generation platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning platform, data model, or core infrastructure surfaces in a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience shipping foundational systems such as permissions models, identity platforms, or ingestion pipelines.
• Deep curiosity about how systems fit together, enjoying dives into data models and untangling edge cases.
• Strong technical depth and systems thinking, comfortable reasoning about schemas, API design, and architectural trade-offs.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity, turning incomplete information into structured decisions and clear next steps.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and fluency in technical storytelling.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom or Europe is required.
