What you will do

• Design, implement, and support the company’s client communications ecosystem.
• Audit current communication channels, establish target architecture, and integrate with business systems like CRM Creatio.
• Monitor communication quality (QoS), analyze delivery, and optimize telecommunication service costs.
• Scale infrastructure to support business growth and manage provider relationships (VoIP, WhatsApp API, SMS, Email).
• Deploy and support solutions (on-premise or cloud with Qatar requirement), ensuring data security and compliance.

Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge of VoIP technologies (SIP, RTP), APIs (REST, Webhooks), networking concepts, and databases.
• Proven experience in connecting and orchestrating multiple systems using APIs and middleware.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Creatio / BPMsoft, including integrations with external systems.
• Expertise with CPaaS platforms such as Infobip, Webitel, MoEngage, or on-premise systems like Asterisk.
• Project management skills to manage projects end-to-end, from concept to implementation, including timelines and budgeting.
