What you will do

• Manage day-to-day project execution for GenAI product builds.
• Coordinate work across engineering, design, and business teams to maintain alignment.
• Partner with Scrum Leads to facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Serve as a key communication channel across teams and with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in translating user needs and feedback into actionable work items.
• Track KPIs, deliverables, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles supporting digital, software, or AI-related workstreams.
• Experience working within agile delivery teams (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, and product leaders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Generative AI concepts or AI-enabled product development.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro.
• Experience working in consulting or enterprise technology environments.
• Project management or agile certification.
