What you will do

• Manage all aspects and resources involved in the development and release of new and updated products.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and are launched on schedule.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify subject matter experts and manage deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive and realistic project schedules, tracking progress and forecasting targets.
• Liaise with distribution and development partners to identify business requirements and resolve issues.
• Lead regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to support timely launches and address challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Experience collaborating across teams.
• Experience using Agile methodologies as they apply to content development.

• Experience with QuickBase.
